Check In: 14:00 horas. Early Check In: Sujeto a disponibilidad y con costo adicional. El ingreso anticipado con respecto al horario de Check in deberá ser solicitado con anterioridad y será otorgado dependiendo de la ocupación del hotel. Check Out: 11:00 horas. Late Check Out: La extensión de la estadía más allá del horario establecido tendrá un costo adicional, hasta las 15:00 horas, del 50% sobre la tarifa establecida, después de las 15:00 horas 100%.
Check In: 14.00 hours (Early Check In subject to availability and with extra cost). The Early Check In must be requested in advance and will be granted depending on the occupation of the hotel. Before 08.00 am the cost will be a full rate. Starting at 08.00 am the cost will be half rate. As of 12.00 pm it will be free. Check Out: 11.00 hours. Late Check Out: The extension of the stay beyond the established schedule will have an additional cost, until 15.00 hours, of 50% over the established rate. After 3.00 p.m. 100%, subject to availability.

Es obligatorio que todas las personas que ingresan a las habitaciones del hotel presenten su documento de identidad. Las Lomas Casa Hotel es miembro de “The Code” y ha creado una política corporativa en la que vincula a todos sus empleados en la ejecución de un código interno para prevenir la explotación sexual de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes.
It is mandatory that all persons entering the hotel rooms present their ID. Las Lomas Casa Hotel is a member of “The Code” and has created a corporate policy in which all of its employees are trained in the execution of an internal code to prevent the sexual exploitation of Boys, Girls and Teenagers.
Cancelaciones / Cancellations
Cualquier modificación o cancelación de la reserva deberá ser enviada por esta misma vía 48 horas antes de la llegada del pasajero (sin cargo). Luego de las 48 horas tendrá un cargo del 100% de la tarifa. Los No Show tendrán un cargo de 1 noche. La reservas no garantizadas están sujetas a modificaciones o podrán ser dadas de baja o reutilizadas por el hotel sin previo aviso. Las Lomas Casa Hotel, de acuerdo al Banco Central del Paraguay, no acepta Dólares Americanos manchados, escritos, rasgados o muy desgastados.
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be notified via e-mail to the Reservations Department 48 hours before the arrival of the passenger, free of charge. After 48 hours you will have a charge of 100% of the rate corresponding to 1 (one) night. No Show (passengers who do not show up on the day of their reservation) will have a charge of 1 (one) night according to the type of room booked. Non-guaranteed reservations are subject to modifications and may be canceled or reused by the hotel without prior notice.
